Postkarten vom Kriegsschauplatz

70 Items

Die meisten der Postkarten wurden an die Familie Bühler in Göppingen (Frieda, Walter, Carl u. a.) geschrieben und zeigen Ansichten vom Kriegsschauplatz: Zum einen eine Serie von Bildern mit Motiven vom alltäglichen Leben im Schützengraben und im Felde und zum anderen (Propaganda)Karten vom Kriegsschauplatz in Belgien (Ypern, Broodseinde, Langemark) zwischen Allierten und Deutschen: Englischer Schützengraben bei Langemark (23. April 1915), Gefallener Indier vor Ypern, Französischer Schützengraben vor Ypern nach der Erstürmung am 23. April 1915, Deutsche Artillerie beschießt feindlichen Graben, Englische Erdhöhlen im Walde von Ypern, Eroberte franz. Kanone in Feuerstellung, Vor Ypern heruntergeschossenes englisches Kampfflugzeug. Besonders auffällig sind bei diesem Beitrag, die zahlreichen Bilder getöteter Soldaten, v.a. aus den britischen Truppen. || || Imperial Forces || Women || Western Front || Other || || Other || Imperial Forces || Western Front || Women || || Western Front || Imperial Forces || Women || Other || || Western Front || Other || Imperial Forces || Women || || Western Front || Women || Imperial Forces || Other || || Other || Imperial Forces || Women || Western Front || || Women || Western Front || Other || Imperial Forces || || Women || Western Front || Imperial Forces || Other || || Other || Women || Western Front || Imperial Forces || || Women || Imperial Forces || Western Front || Other || || Other || Imperial Forces || Western Front || Women || || Western Front || Women || Other || Imperial Forces || || Western Front || Other || Imperial Forces || Women || || Other || Women || Imperial Forces || Western Front || || Imperial Forces || Western Front || Other || Women || || Western Front || Women || Other || Imperial Forces || || Western Front || Women || Imperial Forces || Other || || Women || Other || Imperial Forces || Western Front || || Other || Women || Western Front || Imperial Forces || || Western Front || Other || Women || Imperial Forces || || Women || Western Front || Other || Imperial Forces || || Other || Women || Imperial Forces || Western Front || || Imperial Forces || Other || Western Front || Women || || Women || Imperial Forces || Other || Western Front || || Western Front || Women || Other || Imperial Forces || || Imperial Forces || Other || Women || Western Front || || Women || Western Front || Other || Imperial Forces || || Imperial Forces || Women || Western Front || Other || || Imperial Forces || Other || Western Front || Women || || Women || Western Front || Other || Imperial Forces || || Women || Imperial Forces || Western Front || Other || || Women || Imperial Forces || Western Front || Other || || Western Front || Imperial Forces || Women || Other || || Other || Imperial Forces || Western Front || Women || || Other || Imperial Forces || Women || Western Front || || Other || Western Front || Women || Imperial Forces || || Imperial Forces || Other || Western Front || Women || || Western Front || Women || Imperial Forces || Other || || Imperial Forces || Western Front || Other || Women || || Other || Women || Western Front || Imperial Forces || || Women || Other || Imperial Forces || Western Front || || Imperial Forces || Women || Other || Western Front || || Western Front || Women || Other || Imperial Forces || || Other || Imperial Forces || Women || Western Front || || Other || Women || Imperial Forces || Western Front || || Other || Imperial Forces || Women || Western Front || || Western Front || Imperial Forces || Other || Women || || Imperial Forces || Women || Other || Western Front || || Other || Western Front || Imperial Forces || Women || || Western Front || Women || Imperial Forces || Other || || Western Front || Other || Women || Imperial Forces || || Western Front || Imperial Forces || Other || Women || || Western Front || Other || Imperial Forces || Women || || Imperial Forces || Western Front || Women || Other || || Other || Women || Imperial Forces || Western Front || || Women || Imperial Forces || Western Front || Other || || Other || Western Front || Imperial Forces || Women || || Imperial Forces || Western Front || Women || Other || || Western Front || Other || Women || Imperial Forces || || Other || Women || Imperial Forces || Western Front || || Imperial Forces || Other || Western Front || Women || || Other || Western Front || Women || Imperial Forces || || Other || Women || Western Front || Imperial Forces || || Women || Other || Imperial Forces || Western Front || || Other || Imperial Forces || Women || Western Front || || Imperial Forces || Women || Western Front || Other || || Western Front || Women || Imperial Forces || Other || || Imperial Forces || Western Front || Other || Women || || Other || Women || Imperial Forces || Western Front || || Imperial Forces || Western Front || Women || Other

Karte vom Vorabend der Mobilmachung

3 Items

Mein Großvater Heinrich Müller hat als Kürassier im Königlich Preussischen Kürassierregiment Nr. 7 von Seydlitz den gesamten 1. Weltkrieg an vielen Fronten erlebt. Während des Bahntransports nach Posen ins Manöver wurde das Regiment am 28. oder 29. Juli 1914 plötzlich in die Garnison zurück befohlen. Mein Großvater schrieb diese Karte also am Vorabend der Mobilmachung an seine Eltern. Der erwähnte Otto war sein Bruder (Magdeburgisches Trainbataillon Nr. 4). Beide haben den Krieg überlebt. Bei aller geäußerten Kaltblütigkeit am Schluss seines Schreibens spricht für mich aus den wenigen Zeilen Sorge und Unsicherheit.
