A British sentimental postcard. || The posed photograph on the front of this postcard presents a small girl sitting on her mother’s lap, while her mother apparently gets on with some mending. A head-and-shoulders photograph of a British soldier, cigarette in mouth, has been inset above, so that he seems to be looking down on his wife and daughter. The following lines appear above the woman and child: ‘Remembrance.
