From Tuesday 27^th November to Wednesday 28^th November 2018, 17 Transcribathon winners took part in the Europeana 1914-1918 Centenary Tour Finale Transcribathon in Brussels. The participants were winners from former Transcribathons and were invited to participate in this European Championship. The transcribers came from Austira, Cyprus, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Romania, Poland, and Spain were transcribing in 8 teams.

The talented and multi-linguistic transcribers crossed the finish line with 313,381 transcribed characters and 298 documents! That’s a great final run!
