Foto und Feldpostkarten aus dem Besitz des Malers und Grafikers Jakob Weinheimer (1878-1962). In Dresden ist eine Straße nach Jakob Weinheimer benannt. Frau Pufe verfügt über seinen Nachlass. Weinheimer lebte ab 1911 als freischaffender Maler in Langebrück und schuf neben Grafiken und Jugendstil-Ornamentik auch verschiedene Landschaftsbilder der Dresdner Heide. Weinheimer diente im Königlich Sächsischen 2. Grenadier Regiment 101, 2. Ersatz Bataillon. Mitteilung von Oberleutnant Sauerländer, Kriegsgefanger im russischen Lager Slobodskoj, Gob. Viatka vom 30. Album mit Feldpostkarten von Jakob Most: teils mit Heimatmotiven (z.B. Heidelberg, Rothenburg, Kassel, Hannover, Wernigerode, Truppenlager Ohrdruf in Thüringen), teils mit Aufnahmen von der Ostfront (Ruszpolyana, Üdvözlet Felsóvisóról), der Westfront (St. Mihiel, von hier schickte Jakob Most am 30. Dezember 1916 seinem damals achtjährigen Sohn eine Glückwunschkarte zum neuen Jahr), u.a. auch einer Postkarte mit einer Landkarte der Westfront und verschiedenen Propagandamotiven; eine Postkarte vom 8. August 1934 an Fräulein Most. || Jakob Most diente als Hauptfeldwebel im Armierungs-Bataillon 114 der 113. Infanterie-Division. Most war eigentlich ein Bauernjunge, aber da er für das Erbe des Hofes nicht in Frage kam, meldete er sich in Kassel zum Militär und schlug eine Soldatenlaufbahn ein. Nach dem Krieg war er Gerichtsvollzieher und später Obergerichtsvollzieher in Berlin. Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg kehrte er in seine Heimat zurück und starb Anfang der 50er Jahre.
