Serbian Relief Fund badge
This is a badge for the Serbian Relief Fund, which was a charity that ran hospitals in Serbia during the war and helped refugees, as well as working with the Red Cross. The badge design is of a Serbian heraldic eagle with, in its centre, a red and blue shield and the organisation’s initials, ‘SRF’, on it. There is a fastening pin on the back of the badge, along with the maker’s name, Fattorini and Sons, of Bradford. The firm also designed the famous English FA Cup in 1910, replacing the previous design for which the English FA realised that they didn’t own the copyright, and which was itself retired and replaced by an exact replica in 1992, only for that one to be replaced in 2014 due to conditions of wear.

Serbian Relief Fund (Wales)
21 Items
This is a group of documents relating to the Welsh branch of the Serbian Relief Fund. There is a letter from Lord Kenyon to A.B. Paddison talking about a plan to send some of the Serbian refugee boys to University. It also describes some of the problems of the Serbian people, the privations, and what they require and an appeal on behalf of the Serbian Relief Fund. There is also a donation slip that would have been used by people to send money to the Serbian Relief Fund (Wales). There is also a pamphlet called 'Serbia's Restoration', which covers, following a preamble of what is happening in Serbia, a soliciting of donations to the Serbian Relief Fund. Interestingly, donations were to be made payable to the Treasurer of the Serbian Relief Fund (Wales) directly to the headquarter address in Wales, but parcels of clothing were to be sent to the Serbian Relief Headquarters in London. There is a leaflet called 'An Apology', which apologises for the late letter from Lord Kenyon. Finally, there is a booklet called 'A Welshman's Tribute to Serbia' by Captain W. Henry WIlliams looking at, variously, Serbia's war effort, the suffering of the people, what help they need, and how the Serbian Relief Fund helps and how, in turn, the reader can contribute to the Fund. || Letter from Lord Kenyon of the Serbian Relief Fund (Wales), Donation slip to the Serbian Relief Fund (Wales), 'A Welshman's Tribute to Serbia' booklet ' by Captain W.
