Drawing
A drawing made by Veiko Spolītis in about 1986/1987 depicting a map of Europe, how it should look like in the author's opinion. Inspired by Mikhail Gorbachev's reforms, the author, while in high school drew a map of Europe with borders and flags, which were not existing int his way in 1987. It shows for instance the independent Baltic States and a unified Germany. Without knowing what would happen in 1989/1990, most of his visions became reality shortly after.
